Return Policy

We want you to love what you order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Some items may be non-returnable (custom/personalised items).
  
• Returns may be refused or partially refunded if the items show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
• For non-defective returns (including change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs, International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.
